It is a story, how we organized an inspiring summer team building in one of the parks in Moscow for Burger King, the global fast food restaurant chain.
To inspire the team with desire for the common dream, to form a sense of unity and importance of each employee to achieve the common goals were the main objectives of the event.
We have chosen the festival format of the event, united by Dream with Burger King, the common idea, consisting of 3 parts: Dream great, the concert with the participation of employees, Dream with Burger King, the festival, and the award ceremony for the best employees. Each part was thought out in detail and fulfilled its functional and motivational purpose.
The employees chose the genre of the concert program which they wanted to try themselves in. With the help of experienced tutors, bright show numbers were staged in such creative directions as: Stand Up, vocals, choreography, theatrical presentation, drum show, flag show. There was also a flash mob – the employees built a huge figure of 1200, symbolizing the dream of opening 1200 Burger King restaurants by 2020 (visualization of the company’s dream with the help of People Formation).
Within the framework of the event we have prepared creative concepts, bright branding, diverse selection of activities and interactive stations.
Due to the multifaceted tasks placed before the participants, the key ideas of the concept were successfully conveyed. In total, more than 50 employees took part in the concert, which is 10 times more than in the previous year. Due to the well-planned program, the guests enjoyed the festive atmosphere and were energized for future victories.
